Refund policy

We want you to love your TYVANI piece. If it isn't right, you have 14 days to send it back for a full refund.

14-day returns

You can return any item within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with all tags attached.

To start a return, email support@tyvani.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. We recommend a tracked shipping service.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may need additional time to post the refund.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — you won't pay anything for shipping.

Lost packages

If tracking hasn't shown your order as delivered within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we'll reship your order or refund you.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return the item you have and place a new order.
